What’s the opposite of a Rich Internet Application? Exactly. A Poor Internet Application. The real question is, for whom is it rich and for whom is it poor?

While many of the techniques currently in use in RIAs deliver on their promise of interface enhancement, they leave certain segments of our population behind. In some cases these techniques actually make the situation worse: we provide groups of users with an inaccessible and unusable application or site.

In this session, you will:
